Default Avicara farm builds??

After peeking through the search, i have not come across a build for those annoying Avicara.

Im looking for a build to take out the avicara brave, guile, wise and ardent. Most of the birds in Talus Chute and Mineral Springs id like to kill cuz i've grown to hate them.

Any builds for a Necro 55, Tank (war/anything)? Thanks for the help!!

The warrior build for ice imp farming works pretty well. (obviously don't use elemental resistance, physical resistance perhaps?)

can do it with a 55 monk but one of the grawl appears to have enchant removal so you can do it sometimes but others die

hmmm...heres a quote from the original post for this build.

"Be warned! only to fight groups containing Avicara Ardents/wise and guile with this build at your own risk!"

Apparently this is not the answer, but its a start.

I can 55hp iNecro the following Avicara groups:

2 Braves and 3 Fierce (tough, but not impossible)

In this situation I do the following:
1. Insidious Parasite a Fierce
2. Protective Spirit immediately!
3. Spiteful Spirit the nearest Brave that is making a B-line for you.
4. Take some hits...
5. Breeze.

Now you have to keep PS up and remember to reapply IP to a Fierce when it expires. Use Guardian to lower the damage you'll be taking. Keep Breezing as needed. At some point a Fierce will drop and you go onto the next Fierce with IP all the while repeating PS/Breeze/Guardian as needed. If you have the energy then go for SS on whichever Brave has the most HP. After one Brave drops it gets considerably easier.

2 Braves and 1 Wise (take out the wise first and let braves give you energy)
2 Braves and 2 Wise (same as above, but be very careful with energy management. you will be wanding the wise at some point)

Watch out with Wises. They will do Phantom Pain, Fragility and Ineptitude. PS /Breeze is a must. If the Wise isn't attacking then don't bother with IP or SS. Just wand him to death. You can also try and take out a Brave, but energy management is key here. You need to be taking hits to keep your energy up enough to Breeze/PS.

Anything else is pretty tough. I never go after groups with Ardents or Guiles.

Look in the Nerco forums for the iNecro build.

Spiteful Spirit {E}
Insidious Parasite
Guardian
Protective Spirit
Healing Breeze
Mending
Balthazar's Spirit
Essence Bond

P.S. Grawl Crones are easy to deal with. Stay at wand distance and cast IP/SS. If you close into melee range they will strip enchants which is deadly.

I can use my build for trolls with my war to handle 3 fierce and a few braves. I was just hoping that there was a way to own those Wise and guile's.

That post seems very helpful, thanks.

Because 1. there are just SO many of them in Witman's Folley and so easily accessible if you leave from Port Sledge, 2. they are easy to kill via EoE bomb and other cute gimmicks, 3. they drop armors which may result in a decent runes every now and then or at least a consistent supply of crafting material.

As for Avicara farming, don't be greedy with the Ardent + Guile + 3 Braves groups...you are already farming the entire southern path of Braves and Fierces.

Healing Hands
Live Vicariously
Vigorous Spirit
Dolyak Signet
Balthazars Spirit

With these five skills, and ten points in healing, you can take on as many Fierce and Brave as you want.

That's Mantra of Resolve, to protect against the Braves' Savage Slashes. And I'm guessing the attribute point setup is:

Smiting: 12
Heal: 9
Prot: 8
FC: 5
Insp: 2

Did I read your mind or what?

That is Mantra of Resolve. Avarre uses it to guard against the Savage Slashes that the Avicara Brave like to use on longer casting spells.

i farmed them with my Mo/W, can take on loads like stooby dose in that pick but the hardest groups are the ones of 5+ Firce, some times they will all fire double shot in close timing.... i see so many noob iMonks when i help ppl cap SoJ go agasit them and die lol.

all u need is SoJ up to slow down the firce and the brave and when its not up use bonettes and wand a brave with vigos spirt, while spamming anything else :P, divine favor rules only reason i live thru most places i farm lol

can also take out some of there other groups by covering PS

EDIT: the secound skill is SoJ :O, it has just been echoed :P.... i prefe to use bleesed aura and Ivor's Smiting Rod, means SoJ sometimes recharges b4 it even finshs gonig

Yep. It has to be Arcane Echo because 1) Echo is elite. 2) There are no other skills that clone spells from your own skillbar.
